At Devon Hills, we like to help you make each visit to our gym count. This begins with an initial health assessment with one of our qualified gym instructors. They find out about your goals and discuss with you how best to achieve them.
This can include a swimming programme to help you enjoy overall fitness levels that leave you feeling refreshed and invigorated after each visit. This is the perfect place to indulge in a bit of well earned ‘me’ time, to exercise your mind and body in a relaxed, friendly environment.
And as your greatness improves, our instructors will make regular updates to your programme to help evolve and push your fitness boundaries. It’s a great way to stay fit and healthy.

Our fitness classes work by keeping you active as well as making sure you have fun staying fit and healthy!
We currently offer yoga, Zumba, boxing, spinning and aqua classes.

We have a superb 18 metre heated indoor pool, kept at a constant 30°C. Swimming is a great all round workout, as well as being a fun leisure activity. Whether it’s distance swimming you are into, or you prefer a more leisurely pace, the choice is yours.
Doug and Jacqui are offering swimming lessons every weekday (4.00pm – 6.00pm) during school term times at Devon Hills. They work in small groups and within the Swim England guidelines to encourage all little ones to improve their skills and gain that all important water confidence. Living by the sea, it is so important for everyone to learn how to swim!
Turtle Tots offer specialist and progressive swimming classes for babies and toddlers aged 0-4 yrs. Your little one will learn to swim above and below the water, vital life saving skills, and water confidence. Classes run during term time only.

Sauna & Steam Room
Rest those weary limbs in our sauna or steam room. Unwind after your work out and you will feel relaxed and at peace. Great for relieving stress! Our Steam Room is a great way to relax after a hard workout or a long swim.
We have an outdoor tennis court, maintained to high standards, so you can take in the fresh air and scenery whilst indulging in a competitive yet fun sport.
